Terms of Service

Welcome to NOXTIVE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NOXTIVE website, mobile applications and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NOXTIVE. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your Google account used to sign in. Notify us immediately at noxtive.co@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. NOXTIVE PRIME (paid plans)

• PRIME is a one-time annual subscription that unlocks premium features until the stated expiry date.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• All payments are processed by Razorpay. NOXTIVE never stores full card / UPI details.
• Refunds — All purchases on NOXTIVE (including PRIME subscriptions) are final and non-refundable. Please review your plan carefully before completing the payment. If you face a technical issue during checkout, contact noxtive.co@gmail.com and we will resolve it — but no refunds are issued once the payment is captured.
• PRIME does not auto-renew. You will need to purchase again for the next cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell or publish NOXTIVE's tests, question bank, PYQ solutions or any content without written permission.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated scripts to inflate XP, ranks or streaks.
• Attempt to bypass Prime locks or tamper with payment verification.
• Post abusive, illegal or misleading content in usernames, bios or messages.
• Impersonate anyone, including NOXTIVE staff.

Violations may lead to suspension or permanent ban without refund.

5. Intellectual property

All NOXTIVE branding, UI, code, tests, question bank, PYQs, solutions, analytics and marketing copy are the property of NOXTIVE and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your personal tasks, notes and progress belong to you.

6. Disclaimer

NOXTIVE is a preparation aid. We do not guarantee any specific NEET rank, score or admission outcome. All ranks, analytics and predictions are informational only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOXTIVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, refunds, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location of NOXTIVE's registered address.
